Abstract
A weight adjustable dumbbell, which includes a dumbbell bar assembly, a dumbbell base and a plurality of dumbbell plates placed on two sides of the dumbbell base. The dumbbell bar assembly includes a plurality of synchronously rotatable hanging plates arranged adjacently, an end of each of the hanging plates is provided with an extruded hanging block. An end of each of the dumbbell plates is defined with a U-shaped groove where the hanging block is radially slidable, a bump is provided in the U-shaped groove, and the bump and a wall of the U-shaped groove define a limiting area therebetween, the hanging block can slide into the limiting area and be latched with the bump during the hanging block rotating in the U-shaped groove.
