An interdental cleaning tool () comprises a base () having a shaft () that has a shape to be inserted into an interdental space, wherein the base () is formed of a composite material comprising a synthetic resin, a reinforcement material and a low-hardness resin having a lower hardness than the hardness of the synthetic resin.
