Abstract
Provided are 1,4-diphenyl-1H-imidazole and 2,4-diphenylthiazole derivatives having a structure represented by Formula I, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof: wherein Ris any one of H, OH, and OCH, Ris any one of H, NO, CH, CF, SOCH, COOCH, or CONHCH, Ris any one of H, NO, OCH, or CF, Ris selected from H, CF, or Cl, Ris any one of H, Cl, CF, or NHCH, and Ris any one of OCF, CF, or CN; V is either C or N, W is either CH or N, X is a C atom, Y is either CH or N, and Z is either CH or S. This compound can be used in preparation of anti-inflammatory adjuvants, TLR1 or TLR2 agonists, and anti-tumor agents and for regulating the activity activation level of TLR1 and TLR2 alkaline phosphatases in vitro and in vivo.
