Abstract
A computerized method including: a) receiving, by a communication management platform, communication interruption information; b) receiving, by the platform, an identifier of terminals initially in communication; c) sending a communication request to the second terminal; d) in case of failure, repeating the sending; e) upon establishing communication between the platform and the second communication terminal (), sending a request to communicate with the first communication terminal; f) upon establishing communication between the communication management platform and the first communication terminal, placing the two terminals in communication with each other.
