Abstract
A power cable joint includes splices and extra-length portions of first and second optical fibers which are included in respective first power cable and second power cable, and a cable joint sleeve (). The abovementioned splices and extra-length portions are accommodated in an organizer () that includes a tray () having a recessed area () and configured to shapingly fit to an outer surface () of the cable joint sleeve (). In particular, splices and extra-length portions of optical fibers are housed in an upper surface () of the tray (). The organizer () further includes a fastener () configured to secure the tray () to the outer surface () of the cable joint sleeve () and a cover () configured to at least partially cover the upper surface () of the tray ().
