Abstract
This vehicle control system comprises: a driving control sectionthat performs switching between autonomous driving and manual driving of a vehicle V; a seatthat can be changed to forms which are different during autonomous driving and during manual driving; and a seat control unitthat controls the operation of the seatwhen changing the forms. If the seatis in the form adopted during autonomous driving, the driving control unitcan perform control so that the switching from autonomous driving to manual driving of the vehicle V is not performed. Thus, it is possible to improve safety when switching from autonomous driving to manual driving.
