Abstract

A posturally supportive toilet seat apparatuscomprising a seathaving a base portion. The base portion has leg support featuresand an apertureformed therein for passage of waste therethrough. The apparatusfurther comprises a back supportwhich extends from a rear end of the base portion. The back supportand leg support featuresare shaped, dimensioned, and, in an in use-configuration, adjustable/positionable relative to each other in an oblique relationship. In the in-use configuration, the thighs and torso of a user seated on the seatare encouraged to form an acute interior angle therebetween, with knees locatable above hips, essentially resulting in the user adopting a squat position.
