Abstract
The present invention relates to novel alpha5 subunit-selective negative allosteric modulators of GABAreceptors that have been deuterated to improve their medicinal properties by prolonging their half-lives, rendering them useful as fast-acting pharmaceutical treatments for depression related disorders.
