Abstract
A multi-positionable tray assembly () for mounting within a chassis () of a telecommunications panel () is disclosed. The multi-positionable tray assembly () may include a support arm () that pivotally supports a tray () and that allows the tray assembly () to be installed and removed from the chassis (). The tray () and the support arm () cooperatively define a cable routing pathway () extending through a pivot axis (A) defined by the tray and the support arm. To minimize the required tray () depth and optimize cable routing, the tray () can include a cable management structure () with a patch panel () having a plurality of adapters () arranged along a transverse axis (A) that is non-parallel or oblique to a front plane (A) of the tray. To improve connector access, rotatable patch cable holders () can be provided on the patch panel ().
