Abstract

[Problem] To provide a signal configuration device, a signal configuration system, a signal configuration method, and a storage medium storing a signal configuration program which enable quickly transmitting data that corresponds to an emergency alert signal. [Solution] This signal configuration deviceincludes an information generating unit. The information generating unitcorresponds to a TMCC information generating unitin the first embodiment shown in FIG.The information generating unitgenerates a transmission frame in which each of the multiple slots configuring the frame includes an activation control signal corresponding to whether or not an emergency alert is being broadcast.
