Abstract
An organic electroluminescence element including an anode, a plurality of organic functional layers including a light-emitting layer, and a cathode in that order wherein the organic functional layer containing a compound having a structure represented by the following general formula (1) is arranged between the light-emitting layer and the cathode, wherein X, Xto X, R, and Lare as defined in the specification.
