A novelvariety designated 2PKRZ44R and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are provided. Methods for producing a plant comprise crossingvariety 2PKRZ44R with another plant.seed, plants and plant parts produced by crossingvariety 2PKRZ44R with another plant are described. Methods for producing a plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into 2PKRZ44R include one or both of backcross conversion and transformation. Hybridseed, plants or plant parts produced by crossing thevariety 2PKRZ44R or a locus conversion of 2PKRZ44R with anothervariety are disclosed.
