Abstract

A method for transmitting successive messages forming a frame, implemented by a telecommunications system with M sources (S, . . . , S), possibly L relays (R, . . . , R) and a destination, M≥2, L≥0. The method implements a HARQ mechanism and includes: transmitting, from the destination to the nodes (R, R, . . . , R), a control message indicating its set (S) of correctly decoded source messages; determining, by each node (R, R, . . . , R), whether at least one message from its set of correctly decoded source messages does not belong to the set of source messages correctly decoded by the destination; and transmitting a binary indicator by a node (R, R, . . . , R) to the destination indicating the result of the determination.
