Abstract
The instant disclosure relates to hair cosmetic compositions that include a unique combination of components that function to impart desirable cosmetic properties to hair, in particular, curly hair. The hair cosmetic compositions typically include a nonionic guar gum; a gum selected from xanthan gum andgum, a fatty alcohol, esters selected from glyceryl ester and a second ester, plant- or vegetable-based fatty component comprising coconut oil and shea butter, and water.
