Abstract
An apparatus (which is to be inserted into a longitudinally extending conduit includes at least one longitudinally extending compartment () formed by attached the ends of a sheet of material () together. Another sheet of material () has one end attached to the compartment () and has compatible fastening elements () on its opposed ends. A cable () may be positioned adjacent to the sheet of material () and it is folded around the cable () to form an additional compartment (). The apparatus () may then be inserted into a conduit.
