Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a seat posture adjustment device and a safety seat. The seat posture adjustment device comprises a locking member (), a support rod () arranged on a seat body () and a guide groove () formed in a seat support (), wherein the support rod () is inserted into the guide groove () to connect the seat body () and the seat support (), and the support rod () is movable along the guide groove () to realize the posture adjustment of the seat body (), and the locking member () is arranged on the support rod () and movable relative to the support rod () to realize locking or unlocking between the seat body () and the seat support (). The locking member is arranged on the support rod which guides the locking member, and the support rod still has a connecting effect in an unlocking state, so that the locking member is reset more smoothly and accurately.
