Abstract
The present invention concerns a process for the preparation and purification of the sodium salt of HA from the fermentation broth oforor from rooster combs, the sodium salt of HA obtained and purified with said process and pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutritional compositions comprising said sodium salt of HA.
