Abstract

Technology is described for implementing and managing loans made against projected tax refunds. In one example, a payment service system receives a request for a loan against an expected tax refund for a user. The payment service system can determine a confidence score for loan repayment and can generate an offer for the loan based on the confidence score. Upon acceptance of the offer, the user can be provided with funds for the loan.
