Abstract

A transmission device has a clutch spring (). The clutch spring () can generate rotational resistance that occurs when a pressure member () rotates relative to a clutch member () due to clearance between cam surfaces of a press-contact assisting cam or a back torque limiting cam. Thus, one end () of the clutch spring () slides on a surface () of a restricting member. A side surface () of the clutch spring () is held in the longitudinal direction.
