Abstract
An adaptation status judging unit () judges an adaptation status of a driver to a color. A goal color decision unit () decides a goal color of a display range based on the adaptation status of the driver. An applicable color decision unit () decides an applicable color of a display portion on a screen of a display based on the goal color, the display portion displaying information. A control unit () controls the display based on the applicable color of the display portion.
