Abstract
An airflow calibratormay generally comprise an inletin fluid communication with an outletto define a flow pathof a fluid through the airflow calibrator; a face seal valvein fluid communication with the inlet; a removable flow cellin fluid communication with the face seal valve; a variable restrictor valvein fluid communication with the removable flow cell; and an optical sensor arrayto determine the airflow, i.e., flow rate, of an air sampling pump in fluid communication with the airflow calibrator. Methods of using the airflow calibrator are also described.
