Abstract
A driving circuit turns on and off a driving current Ithat flows through a light source, so as to control the lighting on/off state of the light source. A judgment circuit compares a voltage Vacross the light source with a threshold value, and judges the lighting on/off state of the light source based on the comparison result. A first resistor R is provided in parallel with the light source.
