The disclosure discloses a command based interactive system () and a method thereof. The system () includes an electronic device () and an AI engine (). The electronic device () includes a detection module (), a switching module (), and a recording module (). The detection module () detects a call and a user input, first context data of the call, and/or pre-setting information. The switching module () enables the electronic device () to receive a command from the user. The recording module () records the command. The AI engine () includes an analyser (), and a communication module (). The analyzer () analyzes the command, and generates conversational threads based on the analysed command. The communication module () transmits the conversational threads to the caller.
