Provided is a compound of Chemical Formula 1 or 2: wherein: Xto Xare N or CH, with the proviso that at least one of Xto Xis N; Y is O or S; Land Lare each independently a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted Carylene; and Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted Calkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted Chaloalkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted Ccycloalkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted Caryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted Cheteroaryl containing one to three heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S, and an organic light emitting device including the same.
