Abstract
A method of preparing a LilacBrick Tea includes the following steps: (1) mixing and drying fresh Lilac leaves andleaves to obtain a LilacTea; (2) fermenting the LilacTea to obtain a Fermented LilacTea; (3) mixing the Fermented LilacTea with a black tea to obtain a Fermented LilacTea Mixture; and (4) processing the Fermented LilacTea Mixture to obtain the LilacBrick Tea.
