Abstract
The present invention pertains to use of sodium diacetate (NaHAc) as an antimicrobial agent against bacteria growing in biofilms. The aspects of the invention include a wound care product comprising sodium diacetate, a kit comprising a wound care product, and a method of treating an infected wound.
