Abstract
A packing material for surfactant-containing products includes a solid surface layer () that contains a non-aromatic silicone type polymer and a silicone oil layer () held on the solid surface layer (), wherein the non-aromatic silicone type polymer is at least the one kind of polymer selected from a silicone resin, a silicone-modified olefin resin, silicone-modified polysaccharides and a silicone-modified acrylic resin.
