Abstract
A sound-absorbing membrane and a sound-absorbing material, which can improve sound absorbing performance and can improve releasability, are provided. A sound-absorbing membraneincludes a base sheetmade of a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a water-soluble polymer, and a resin filmmade of a thermosetting resin covering one surface of the base sheet, in which a thickness of the resin filmis 0.01 to 0.2 mm, fillersare dispersed in the resin film, and a whole airflow resistance is 0.2 to 5.0 kPa·s/m. A sound-absorbing materialincludes the sound-absorbing membrane, and a sound absorbing base sheetmade of a porous material, in which the sound-absorbing membraneis laminated on a surface of the sound absorbing base sheet, and then formed into a predetermined shape.
