Abstract

A watery lotion composition for topical application to skin comprising at least one extract from the fermentation of the microorganism, at least one extract from the fermentation of the microorganism, and mineral water having at least 250 ppm of total mineral dissolved solids and a method for improving the efficacy of a watery lotion and/or a second skin care product by layering the products on the skin.
