Abstract

If a wire is broken at a connecting portion, the connection with a positive electrode wiringis broken and a second discharge circuitis lost. However, a first discharge resistoris connected to a positive electrode wiring, and a first discharge circuitis maintained. If a wire is broken at a connecting portion, the connection with a negative electrode wiringis broken and the second discharge circuitis lost. However, the switching elementis connected to the negative electrode wiringvia a board wiringand a relay wiring, and the first discharge circuitis maintained. If a wire is broken at a connecting portion, the connection with the first discharge resistoris broken and the first discharge circuitis lost, but the second discharge circuitis maintained. When a wire is broken at a connecting portion, the connection between the switching elementand the second discharge resistoris maintained at the connecting portion, and the first discharge circuitand the second discharge circuitare maintained. According to the invention, a discharge can be maintained even if a disconnection occurs in a connecting portion with a discharge resistor.
