Abstract

There is provided a mesh for use in forming droplets of liquid in a nebuliser, the mesh comprising a first portion () made of a first material having a plurality of holes passing therethrough; and a second portion () made of a second material that is in contact with the first portion (), the second portion () having a corresponding plurality of holes passing therethrough, the plurality of holes in the second portion forming nozzles () for an outlet side of the mesh; wherein the first material has a higher density than the second material.
