Abstract

The invention relates to a bone positioning device () for use in the repositioning of bone sections relative to each other in case of dysgnathia, comprising a main body (), which has a bottom side (), which faces the lower jaw () and in which there are recesses () for receiving navigating aids () fixed to the lower jaw, and an opposite top side (), which faces the upper jaw and in which there are likewise recesses () for receiving navigating aids () fixed to the upper jaw, wherein at least one cutting-tool guide device () is attached to the main body ().
