Disclosed is a method of operating a telecommunications network comprising a plurality of Base Stations, BS, and a User Equipment, UE, wherein the plurality of BSs and the UE are operable in a particular transmission mode wherein signals are transmitted between the BSs and the UE, and the transmission mode is indicated to the UE.
