Abstract
A circuit arrangement () having an active measuring voltage (U) for determining an insulation resistance (R) or a complex-valued insulation impedance (Z) of an ungrounded power supply system () against ground potential (PE), the circuit arrangement () having a measuring path () which runs between an active conductor (L, L) of the power supply system () and the ground potential (PE) and includes a measuring-voltage generator (V) for generating the measuring voltage (U), a measuring resistance (R) for capturing a measured voltage (U) and a coupling resistance (R), the circuit arrangement () having a signal evaluation circuit () which includes a signal input for evaluating the measured voltage (U) and a ground connection (GND). The ground connection (GND) is connected to a ground potential (PE).
