Abstract

Methods and dosage formulations are provided for subcutaneous administration in which therapeutic agents are modified to increase the hydrophilicity and molecular dimensions in relation to the native state of the therapeutic agent, in which the C:Cratio is lower than the C:Cratio of the agent when delivered intravenously.
