Abstract

The invention relates to a method for managing at least one communication pathway between a first router () and a second router (), being characterised in that it comprises the following steps: establishing a session () between a terminal () connected to the first router () and a remote piece of equipment () connected to the second router (); analysing at least one characteristic of the session () in order to determine whether said session () is collaborative and if this is the case: receiving at least one signalling message containing at least one piece of information relating to a characteristic of said session (); determining parameters of the connection between said routers () depending on the at least one obtained piece of information; modifying the at least one communication pathway () between said routers (), depending on the determined connection parameters; and transmitting the data of said session () over said modified communication pathway ().
