The bearing device includes a floating seal for sealing a lubricant which is sandwiched between the opposing section of the collar and the one end of the bearing member. The bearing device includes a mounting member mounted to the end of the shaft and positioned on the other end of the bearing member to regulate the axial position of the bearing relative to the shaft.
