Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a novel recombinant BAF57 fusion protein and the use thereof as a composition capable of effectively preventing or treating inflammatory disease, immune-related disease or cancer. The fusion protein provided in the present disclosure may be delivered into cells, bind to BAF155 or other BAF complex subunit, and act as a competitive inhibitor of BAF57 present in the cell, thereby lowering the expression level of BAF57 by a protein degradation mechanism, thereby effectively preventing, ameliorating or treating various diseases such as inflammatory disease, immune-related disease or cancer.
