Abstract
A solubilizate comprises curcumin in a content of less than or equal to 10 wt %, preferably less than or equal to 8 wt %, most preferably 3 wt % to 7 wt %, one or moreacids and/or one or moreacid derivatives in a total content of less than or equal to 10 wt %, preferably less than or equal to 8 wt %, most preferably 4.7 wt % to 6.6 wt %, xanthohumol in a content of less than or equal to 10 wt %, preferably less than or equal to 5 wt %, most preferably 1 wt % to 3 wt %, and at least one emulsifier with an HLB value in a range of less than 18, preferably between 13 and 18, in particular polysorbate 80 or polysorbate 20 or a mixture of polysorbate 20 and polysorbate 80.
