Abstract
[Problem] When a resource reserved in a resource sharing system become unavailable, the reservation is efficiently reset. [Solution] A resource sharing systemshares resourceswith a plurality of users(user terminals). A resource reservation management deviceincludes: a reservation setting unitthat accepts a reservation request for the resourcefrom the user, and sets a reservation on a predetermined resourcein the resource sharing system; and a reservation changing unitthat resets the reservation to another resourcein the resource sharing systemin case the predetermined reserved resourcebecomes unavailable. if the other resourcehas insufficient resource capacity, the reservation changing unitresets the reservation to the other resourcebased on a reservation changing policy defining which reservation is preferentially reset out of the reservation to be reset.
