Abstract
A transfer apparatus configured to control transfer of a packet from a transmission source node to a destination node through segment routing includes: a storage unit storing node management information Tindicating, for each node that functions as a transmission source node or a destination node, an SID list acquisition method of the nodes; a packet reception unit for receiving a reception packet from the destination node; an information setting unit for, if a destination-side SID list acquisition method of the destination node and a transmission source-side SID list acquisition method of the transmission source node do not match each other based on the node management information Tsetting the information that is needed to execute the transmission source-side SID list acquisition method in the reception packet; and a packet transmission unit configured to transmit the reception packet that was subjected to the setting to the transmission source node.
