Abstract
Hermeticity of an annular sealing bonding material to seal a vibrating part is improved. In the crystal resonator, a resonator-plate-side first bonding patternannularly formed on a crystal resonator plateis bonded to a sealing-member-side first bonding patternannularly formed on a first sealing member, and a resonator-plate-side second bonding patternannularly formed on the crystal resonator plateis bonded to a sealing-member-side second bonding patternannularly formed on a second sealing member. Thus, annular bonding materialsand, which hermetically seal a vibrating partcausing piezoelectric resonance, are formed. Inner peripheral edge partsandand outer peripheral edge partsandof the bonding materialsandare formed denser than intermediate partsandbetween the inner and outer peripheral edge partsand, and between the inner and outer peripheral edge partsand
