Abstract
A terminal () to be mounted into a housing () mounted on a circuit board () includes a terminal contact portion () to be disposed in a forwardly open receptacle () of the housing (), an inserting portion () to be inserted into a terminal insertion hole () penetrating through a rear wall () of the receptacle () in a front-rear direction, and a board connecting portion () to be drawn out rearward from the terminal insertion hole () and connected to the circuit board (). The inserting portion () includes a first press-fit portion () projecting in a first direction intersecting the circuit board () and to be press-fit to an inner wall of the terminal insertion hole () and a second press-fit portion () projecting in a second direction intersecting the first direction and to be press-fit to the inner wall of the terminal insertion hole ().
