Abstract

The current invention concerns a feed additive comprising a bacterial culture or a processed bacterial culture and a method for enhancing the zootechnical performance of animals. The bacterial culture comprises an isolated lactic acid bacterium strain, wherein that strain comprises a 16S rRNA sequence exhibiting at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID N1.
