An optical device case (A) of an embodiment includes: a light-transmitting window member (A); and a housing () which has a space for accommodating a light-receiving element and/or a light-emitting element (OE), wherein the window member (A) includes a light-transmitting member (), a polymer film () provided on an outer surface of the light-transmitting member (), the polymer film () having a moth-eye structure at its surface, a contact angle of the surface with respect to water being not less than 140°, and a resistance heater () provided on an inner surface of the light-transmitting member ().
