Abstract
An LC resonance element () includes a dielectric film (), a common electrode () formed of a thin-film conductor on a lower surface (D) of the dielectric film, a first capacitor (C) and a second capacitor (C) that are connected in series via the common electrode () and constitute a thin-film capacitor (TC), first and second external connection terminals (A,B) formed on an upper surface (U) of the dielectric film, a thin-film conductive wire () constituting a thin-film inductor (TL), a first upper electrode (A) of the first capacitor formed on the upper surface (U), and a second upper electrode (B) of the second capacitor formed on the upper surface (U). The thin-film conductive wire () is formed in a region (R) located on the upper surface (U) of the dielectric film and outside the common electrode () in plan view.
