Abstract
A computer-implemented method for processing invoices from overseas vendors and overseas carriers. The methods and systems retrieve (e.g., using various APIs) and rely on current data from the most accurate or up-to-date sources of such data, and then store the data in a single location as a 'single source of truth' for invoice data. As a result, errors and time for processing overseas invoices are reduced because accurate data is more readily and promptly available for reconciling discrepancies and paying the invoices.
