Abstract

A sound insulation structure includes a sound insulation cover (-) provided on a noise radiating member () of the vehicle, the sound insulation cover being provided with a mounting opening (), a spacer () received in the mounting opening of the sound insulation cover and provided with a central through hole (A), and a fastening member () having a shank passed through the central through hole of the spacer and configured to fasten the sound insulation cover to the noise radiating member via the spacer. The spacer prevents the axial pressure of the fastening member from being applied to the sound insulation cover.
