Abstract
The present invention relates to a shape measurement apparatus comprising: a driving body; a measurement arm parthaving a styluscoming into contact with an object to be measured, and an armfor supporting the stylusso that the styluscomes into contact with the object to be measured; a measurement arm support partcoupled to an end of the arm; a pivotfor rotatably supporting the measurement arm support partwith respect to the driving body; and an actuator partfor controlling the measurement arm support partto rotate up and down with respect to the pivotso that the stylusmoves along the object to be measured.
