Abstract

An ocular implant configured for implantation into the eye of a subject comprising an elongate outer shell (), an internal plug () including a hydrogel and a drug reservoir including a drug () wherein the drug is configured to pass through at least a portion of the internal plug to control elution of the drug through the outer shell. The implant is made of biodegradable materials.
